Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order the next working day subject to stock availability.
If your item is not in stock we will contact you by email and give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We deliver using 1st class recorded delivery so please give us an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
We currently only deliver within mainland Britain but are planning to expand this shortly. If you require delivery outwith this area please contact us.
If you order a single item, delivery will be £2.95.
For two or more items delivery will be £4.50.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
Please telephone, email or write to us to let us know the reason you are returning your order, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please ensure that the item to be returned is unworn and in the original condition you received it from us. We recommend you send the item back to us by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Goods are returned to us at your own expense (unless damaged or faulty) however we will send you out your exchange item at no extra charge. Please note that unless the item is faulty we will not refund original postage costs. We will process your refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving your returned item. We will endeavor to do this as quickly as possible.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
